I live in Westchester and my neighbor has been a first grade teacher for 20 years, she is making $150K.  How much more should she be making for working 185 days with a state pension to boot?

All I was getting at is we have a very good education program. A lot of those 5 year salaries would be higher for Manhattan college graduates if it didn't take 5 years every time there is a contract...
